Kaine was hyper and kept interrupting. Pence was calm and serious. I give Pence the win even though I really disagree with most of what he said.
 
That's our Timmy, dumb as a bag of hammers.
Virginia used to have dems that were respectable, I voted for one for governor. Nice while it lasted.
 
I'm still watching the Orioles/Blue Jays..going into extra innings ( great game).
But i watched a bit on commercials.

Kaine looked like an evil clown - he's got a weird smile.
Other then that Pence did a nice job of shutting down the Clinton claptrap.

The winner of the vice presidential nominee debate was Mike Pence.
The loser, however, was Donald Trumpf.
 
Everyone conceded that Keane lost the debate. He came across as a petulant little child trying to get out his remembered lines as if Crooked ILLary would punish him if he didn't

And she will. He was a horrible choice but oddly perhaps the best available. Mark Warner would have done better, he isn't an idiot.
 
Surprised that Kaine interrupted so much. He seemed hopped up on caffeine.

Thought it was weird that Pence denied all of the things that everyone now knows Trump has said - but he definitely won. I'm sure a lot of conservatives wish he was at the top of the ticket.

That IS Kaine. Never finds a pace or groove ever. And such an unaccomplished liar. He came into go job on Mark Warners popularity and only won senate on a terrible gop candidate.
 
I hope HRC produces commercials of Trump saying all the things Pence claimed he didn't say.

Ok, Donald isn't managed by PC monitors. I find that refreshing.

The Dems used to be respectable as a whole. Now they have become mealy mouthed whiners about every implied slight.
I was a happy Democratic Leadership Council type during Bill's administration -then they went full bore sleeze.
Not the the Republican establishment is any better.
 
If did did anything it showed how feckless the Obama foreign policy has been.
We're shut out of any say in Syria,and Iran and Russia have formed a geo-political alliance

Obama has managed to alienate Saudi Arabia as well ( who opened with new ties to Russia)
Same with Egypt.
Putin is a much better geo-political player-shutting the US out where ever we conflict
 
lol I love it how when pence "wins" the liberals still spin it as a trump loss. So if pence did bad, it would have been bad for trump. But if pence does good, that's also bad for trump. I saw commentators saying pence doing good makes trump look bad, or that pence should have defended trump on x y z so that actually hurts trump. You seriously can't win no matter what with these people.

Pence won the debate for himself and his 2020 chances to head the ticket.
He was unwilling and unable to defend Trumpf and the indefensible things Kaine quoted the orange one as saying.
Fact checked Trumpf quotes will bear out all that Kane said was true.
Like I said Pence won and Trumpf lost.
