It still looks like suicide.....if we we get told by someone who we can trust that the car was actually out of gas I would likely reconsider that statement, but it took a long time to even find out that he had a woman who was not his wife in the car, who he had been partying with, and if we have not been allowed to know by now then we almost certainly wont be. There was no inquest, which would have been the way to determine suicide. Why not?....we are not allowed to know that either.
His constituents were obviously unhappy. Cawthorn lost his primary.
Since when does one causing an accident by drunk driving (which is almost certainly what happened) only get a misdemeanor charge? Also I have seen several people claim that the timeline stinks to high heaven, like the cops had to get permission to even charge him with that.
