You didn't see...as in you were viewing a video from a point of view the people inside the room didn't have? Are you seriously using this defense? Also, the gun doesn't have to be visible while she's attempting to crawl through a broken window into an area closed off to her for her to be armed. Seriously, dude? Just stop.

She was unarmed. The area was well lit. This did not happen in a dark alley. There was absolutely zero evidence that she was armed.

You are suggesting that police shoot unarmed Americans for trespassing. This is why you vote for the Gestapo Dem party that uses terrorist Brown Shirt tactics. This Black cop wanted put a notch on his gun with the shooting of a white woman.

We've gone thru more than 4 years of Violent Dems attacking American citizens just for wearing a red hat. :dunno:

Cops shoot unarmed people all the time. Some of you considered those people deserving of it. She was climbing through a broken window on a fortified door. You are smoking crack if you think they should have waited until she was inside to see if she was dangerous or not. All of you gun nutters on here INSIST you would shoot first and ask questions later if anyone came on your property much less through a broken window with a mob outside. She is no hero. The fact that you'all want make her one while turning innocent cop victims into criminals is disgusting. Typical Republican hypocrisy.

Cops do NOT shoot unarmed people all the time. Stop lying.

The capitol is federal property, not personal property like your home.

For What crime on Jan. 6, was Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt convicted?
