Pelosi was in charge of Capitol Security; When does she get investigated?

Trump never called out the National Guard. Enlarging your text does not make it true.

Capitol Police rejected offers of federal help to quell mob

WASHINGTON (AP) — Three days before supporters of President Donald Trump rioted at the Capitol, the Pentagon asked the U.S Capitol Police if it needed National Guard manpower. And as the mob descended on the building Wednesday, Justice Department leaders reached out to offer up FBI agents. The police turned them down both times, according to senior defense officials and two people familiar with the matter.

You did not refute my statement.

Day of Capitol attack Trump refused to contact Milley and order the National Guard to come out.

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley said during the January 6 Select Committee hearing on Thursday that then-President Donald Trump did not call the Pentagon to request National Guard troops to address the Capitol attack, but they did not mention Trump had already approved National Guard troops.

Milley testified that Trump's Chief of Staff contacted him...to talk about the "narrative." No mention of calling out the National Guard.

The security of the Capitol building is the ultimate responsibility of the HOUSE. who oversee the Capitol police.

No, you are lying. The Capitol Police Board has three voting members the Sergeant at Arms of the United States House of Representatives, the Sergeant at Arms of the United States Senate, and the Architect of the Capitol. Pelosi would have only had some say in one of those, and only indirectly.

The Architect of the Capitol was nominated by trump and confirmed by the Senate, so Pelosi had absolutely no say in that. The Sergeant at Arms of the United States Senate was elected by the Republican majority in the Senate, again Pelosi had absolutely no say in that. The Sergeant at Arms of the United States House of Representatives was elected by the House members, and Pelosi would have had a lot of say over that.

So the best you can say was that she had some say over the appointment of the voting governing of the Capitol Police.

In addition ,PELOSI PERSONALLY REFUSED THE OFFER OF THE NATIONAL GUARD BEFOREHAND.

She has no direct say in the Capitol Police, so she could not have refused (or even been told) about the National Guard from that. She is a member of the audience of the Senate at their counting of the votes, so again, no say. Given your previous lies, I think this is another one.

The CAPITOL POLICE OPERATE UNDER CONGRESSIONAL OVERSIGHT. THE HOUSE IS IN CHARGE OF THEM.

PLUS, THERE IS NO QUESTION PELOSI REFUSED THE NATIONAL GUARD. , PER HER SEARGENT AT ARMS.

SHE WAS NOT "SOLELY RESPONSIBLE", BUT SHE WAS ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE.

Capitol security is not solely the responsibility of the House speaker. It is provided by the sergeants-at-arms of the House and Senate, and by the Capitol Police.

The House sergeant-at-arms reports to the House speaker, or Pelosi at the time of the attack. The Senate sergeant-at-arms reports to the Senate majority leader — on Jan. 6, Sen. Mitch McConnell.

News reports indicate that in the days before the attack, House sergeant-at-arms Paul Irving resisted calls from the Capitol Police to bring in the National Guard for extra security at the Capitol because of “optics.” Irving later testified that intelligence reports didn’t show the need for the extra security, not that he rejected it because of optics.

Refused the National Guard despite weeks of forewarnings, left the Capitol undefended....which was HER JOB.

Why aren't the self-declared "TRUTH SEEKERS" () investigasting that?

What does it say about members of Trump's Republican Party that Nancy Pelosi should have known thousands of National Guardsmen would be needed to prevent them from savaging the Capitol building after a rally?
