Putin has withdrawn from Kyiv, but it is still dangerous. Putin could start a missile attack on Kyiv at any time. It was not safe, but sometimes these things have to be done.

Pelosi is not "our most senior elected leader." Biden is our most senior elected leader. The Speaker of the House can quickly and easily be replaced, and has little executive power.
