He "could have" tried to flap his arms and poop an egg too. The list of things he "could have" but "didn't" do is infinite, and still imaginary.

Your fictional accounts of "what ifs" are not a sound basis for a form of government or even for a form of news.

Yeah, the Uvalde shooter could have just left after shooting out the window. And the Buffalo shooter could have just grabbed some eggs and left....

The news is that this man committed a felony and was arrested. You seem to think that wasn't appropriate. We will agree to disagree.

What you "fear" is not what "is" it is your fictional account of "what ifs" and "wishes".

If your imagination was the source of my fears I would be scared here too. Thankfully my fears come from real things.

When I read a story about a man who chose to remain unarmed after being refused entry somewhere I do not immediate pretend he's a "shooter" for instance.

You do you. I'll just let the thread continue on in fan fiction mode from now on. Get your "last word" in. Tell me how "shocked" you are at somebody pointing out that this is not a "shooter" story, that only your imagination makes him into one, and only your imagination has assigned him a sexual motivation.

Fan fiction is a valid form of expression, but it is not a valid reason to pass laws or begin a campaign to pass laws.

FloridaMan will continue to do crazy things, you will continue to be afraid of folks who aren't armed, I'll continue to tell you that someone who didn't grab a gun when they could have is not a shooter and try to talk you away from the fan fiction ledge you seem to get your "news" from.

What if he had resisted the felony arrest and died in the process?


Just let him run and arrest him tomorrow that's what the left says. When it comes to people that run and resist
