President Donald Trump announced on Thursday that his administration has helped secure yet another peace deal — the fourth — between the nation of Israel and an Arab country.

“Morocco is the fourth Arab country to move toward normalization with Israel in the last four months as part of the Trump administration’s ‘Abraham Accords’ initiative,” Axios wrote in a new report. “The Moroccan decision comes as part of a deal that includes U.S. recognition of the disputed territory of Western Sahara as part of Morocco.”

America has been an ally of Morocco for awhile now, along with Saudi Arabia, France, the UAE and others. They have infantry weapons from all over the world. They have F-16s, F-5 Tiger III, mirages, and some American logistics aircraft and even some Predator drones. Yay 'Murica!! Their list of allies is basically a list of OUR allies. And I think they're probably getting a little antsy over iran. This just makes sense.

You're not far off on this. Only because there are so many mobsters out there. I think it was Colin Powell who said the trouble with diplomacy is you have to shake hands with a lot of pigs.

Not a peace deal as Israel and morocco never were at war, its normality of diplomatic relations , Israel and morocco have had dealings for many years

Jews have been living in Morocco for more than two thousand years. Today, in spite of its reduced numbers, the Moroccan Jewish community remains the most important one living in an Arab country.

We warmly welcome #Morocco's decision to include Jewish-Moroccan history as part of its school curriculum.

This action honors the rich history of Jewish life in Morocco and sets the stage for a bright future of continued co-existence.

Why would Damocles mention the so called Palestinians in a thread about the normalization of relations between Morocco and Israel?

The so called Palestinians have been marginalized now.

They are now on the trash heap of history.

The Iranian ' threat ' is fostered by the military/industrial complex . It's all about the Benjamins.
Fascist Izrael opposes anybody that might support Izrael being prosecuted in the international courts.
 
It seems to me that the poor response to this topic indicates that people are so transfixed by the appalling domestic shenanigans of Trump and his mobsters that they are unable to focus upon what will prove to be the defining issue of the next administration- the Middle East and AIPAC/Izrael's scurrilous efforts to retain control of Washington.
Izrael wants war- and it wants Americans to fight it .
