PBS, NPR may lose federal dollars

FCC Chairman Brendan Carr has ordered an investigation into whether PBS and NPR stations are violating federal law by airing commercials disguised as sponsorships.

In a letter obtained by the failing New York Times, @BrendanCarrFCC raised concerns that publicly funded broadcasters may be improperly profiting from ad placements.
