Yeah i remember the Democrats issuing a press release expressing their delight at Reagan's death, although i'm not sure whether they referred to him as a "fucker" or a "shitbird".

I'm sure some student of American history will set me straight.

Only if she were a progressive democrat.

Sarah Palin has been outrageously maligned not only by insignificant slanderers on this board, but by the hate mongers in our media and a number of politicians and Hollywood radicals as well. That she chose to make a public statement that is so gracious in light of how progressives have treated her and her children is a testament to her character.

She could have said nothing, but she would never have returned an unkindness.

That's ridiculous.

She's a politician, who wants to maintain future political viability. Her statement is no different from that of thousands of politicians before her.
