PA state CONSTITUTION bans no-excuse mail-in voting but 35% of 2020 vote was mail-in

They envisioned judicial review.
they did not. marbury v. madison, and it's created doctrine of judicial review, is a usurped power, not a constitutional one.

Without it there is no check on the government's power. Congress and the president would have unlimited powers because there is no mechanism to check that power.
the people and the states are the check on their powers.

The colonial courts used judicial review and Hamilton discussed its necessity in Federalist #78

HUH? What are you talking about, moron.? The state constitution of PA says mail-in ballots are not allowed.!!!

We were discussing judicial review and that the founders envisioned that as part of the Constitution. You are confusing that with the state of PA constitution.

The state supreme court ruled the PA constitution does not prohibit mail-in ballots. Only the state supreme court has the authority to make that decision about the PA constitution without additional legislation.

Actually they didn't rule that. The state supreme court used the "laches" doctrine that the plaintiffs were too slow in filing their case even though the plaintiffs filed right after the election.!!! Like "no standing", laches is a way for courts to shut down cases they don't want to here.

would it surprise you to learn that this happens all the time, no matter the left/right sway of a court?
