Overturning Roe v Wade will be a precedent, it can go in many different directions.

Obergefell v. Hodges (same sex marriage) has only existed for 7 years, so it would probably be the easiest to reverse. You would think Loving v. Virginia which has existed for 55 years would be impossible to reverse, but Roe v. Wade had existed for nearly 50 years. These things can be reversed.

Two of the justices are in interracial marriage, which might make them think twice before reversing it. None are in same sex marriages.

The implied right to privacy (Constitutional basis underpinning) was found as a function of bodily autonomy and states not being able to restrict a woman's right to such. Roe was the decision based on such

so you have have to find a right that is based on the same predicate -not already enumerated for a SCOTUS to hear an overturn on it. I cant think f any except 4th, but that is about privacy of personal papers not body autonomy

gay marriage is the 14th. Other then that the states have power to design restrictions

What I want to know is are these new states restrictions reviewable by the courts for equal access etc. ??

Why do you say such things? This opinion is when one is attempting to express the reality of it all that the GOP is not only insane, but a un-American treasonous, seditious and a moral rot stain on humanity and that goes for their commander in chief of the sewer tRump at all being moral rot criminals against humanity on Earth.

Actually, Griswold was based upon that (or at least based upon emanations and penumbras). Roe was loosely based upon that precedent.
