Despite your obsession with the subject, no one is "mutiliating" children. Rarely some are born with chromosomal abnormalities that can interfere with puberty and the development of either male or female genitalia. In these rare cases, sometimes parents must make painful decisions on which gender the child should be. These decisions are based on both medical science, psychological counseling, and the child him/herself. Educate yourself instead of fearmongering and hate-spreading. And get help. You need it a lot more than a child born with, say, Turner's.

And there are those that are below the age of consent and have had there sex organs removed to try to appear like the opposite sex and have regretted it. IMHO If adults want to remove their breasts or penises fine go for it. But if you are not an adult the surgery should not be done except in cases of genital malformation.
