Our next president...

True. Some people like DeSantis' rough style but he couldn't say, "I could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and not lose any votes", and get away with it, or speak pure blather and have it received like the word of God.
He's at bottom a routine politician.

Yup, hes not Trump, he just tries to be as much as possible.

He signed the legislation that does not let transgendered people play on teams that do not fit their birth gender, and honestly I am okay with that, but he chose to do it on the first day of Pride month. Its his unnecessary in your face style that I dislike. We need to do what we can to bring people together, not go out of our way to fuck with them.

Since VP Harris is in Guatemala -- one of the sources of our problem at the border -- she's hardly "sitting on her fat ass in Washington."

If you have a pipe burst that's flooding a room, do you go to the source of the break first, or just keep mopping and hope it quits by itself?

As for Biden, I've not seen anyone yet give him credit for creating the vaccine. We DO give him credit, however, for a competent and efficient distribution and delivery system. Most of us seniors here -- at least the intelligent ones -- have gotten ours so far. So yes, thank you, Pres. Biden.

Watch the Harris Guatemala trip disappear from the news even before it's finished. She arrived in Guatemala to a less than warm welcome and then had that country's President lecture her on the problems with illegal immigration to which her lame ass response was it's due to "climate change." How retarded can someone be to think that?

Agricultural production in Guatemala is on the rise and significantly higher than it was 20 years ago.
Guatemala has a lower violent crime rate than many Democrat run cities in the US does today.
20% of Guatemala's GDP is remittances from the US by illegals and Guatemala's president, like many of his peers in Central America, is saying this is a a serious issue for the nation.

As for your burst pipe analogy... Depends on how it burst. You might apply a temporary patch to it to stop the flooding, then turn off the flow at the nearest valve upstream of the leak. Once you do that you restore the integrity of the system with new pipe to contain the flow. That matches increased enforcement and a border wall more than going to "the source" and claiming the leak is due to it being too hot outside rather than the pipe bursting, all the while doing nothing to stop the flow in the pipe.

I believe he will neglect Jill and his family, but I doubt it will be to "piss up a rope." He will enact some lasting beneficial change, like Obama did with Obamacare.

Believe me, with Congress split like it is, the country divided like it is, he'll effectively be pissing up a rope.

Biden is more honorable than you give him credit for being. The choice is 1) Will he serve himself first or 2) will he serve the nation first?

IMO, he'll toss Harris a lateral after half time and let her run as an incumbent for 2024. This will set her up to become a 10 year President.

Who do you think will have more time to get stuff done for the Democratic party? Biden or Harris in the scenario above?

Well I doubt that’s what’s going to happen, trust me I wish it would. I like Harris much better than Biden.

Biden resigns sometime after 20JAN22 but probably before 2024. Harris becomes first woman President and runs as an incumbent...and wins. Harris becomes a 10 year President but with a Republican Senate and narrow margin in the House.

The Party of Trump shrivels and dies on the vine due to numerous criminal cases against Trump staffers and TrumpCo.

I don't believe Biden will resign. What would be the reason for it?

LOL, he won't even last one term, much less two. The dem plan from the beginning was to 25th amendment him and put the SFO Ho in charge. As to 2024. Trump/DeSantis will be the GOP ticket and it will win in a landslide.

^ Another one for my keeper file of failed predictions.

the media did not like Trump, the People loved him. The media and the DC establishment hated him because he was exposing their long time corruption and lies. China also hated him because he forced them to play fair in international trade. The dems hated him because he was exposing their corruption. The political class hated him because he was not one of them and again, he was exposing their corruption.

Now, we have allowed a coup to take place. If this continues, the USA is over. and you left wing idiots are too dumb to realize it.

Too funny, arch-corrupter trump thinking he's exposing others' corruption and lies. A majority of the people didn't love him.

Becareful what you wish for.

The good news is that she'll have plenty of time to grow into the job. Most Presidents agree 8 years isn't enough, that 12 would be better.

Part of the problem with US relations abroad is that We, the People are constantly changing our minds causing our domestic policy, and since 9/11, our foreign policy to shift wildly. No one likes or trusts unstable assholes, even if it's the 400 lb gorilla in the room.

It's important that our foreign relations stabilize into long term predictability.

The Qless only see their messiah, "the Chosen One", not the fat-assed Adderall-addict who cheats at golf and anyone he deals with...yes, even his own family members.

In a few years he'll be dead, despite all of his billions...or millions as the case may end. Rush Limbaugh died with $600M in the bank. Now he's in a plot the same size as everyone else where any creature on Earth can piss on it.

#3. Trump is too old now. Damn shame how he's been done, really.

You know who's it's going to be. I know I do.

Unless Democrat cheating makes all votes null and void.

Motherfucker. Men that tweak little girl's nipples are not honorable. He is a piece of shit.

Fuck that! Never in my life would I think about doing that to a little girl. :nono:

Trump was a pedo but 70M people voted for him anyways. It's not about Trump's whoring with underaged women but which party controls Congress.

I like the idea of one 6 year term.

I think he will be too old even though he takes good care of himself. He does not carry lots of extra weight like Trump and he exercises. Unlike Trump, he can also read well. But even knowing that I want somebody younger and more progressive. The super-rich are getting way too much power and control.

Too old? How many members of Congress are older than Biden?

IMO, most Democratic leaders knew Biden would mostly likely be a one-term President due to age.

The Democratic membership had already eliminated all of the moderates leaving candidates many thought were too far Left to attract enough Independents in order to flip the election. Biden, age or not, was the best choice at that point. As the stats prove, even though it was a larger turnout, the larger percentage of Independents voting Biden tipped the balance. My fellow Independents outnumbered Biden vs Third Party voters 2 to 1 compared to 2016.

I don’t thing Qrunp himself has a chance.

He doesn't have a chance in the general election but I don't know who could beat him in the primaries. DeSantis?

If he gets the nomination he will claim that if he loses it will be due to fraud.

3.5 years is a lot of time in politics, and Trqmp's star is already fading.
Already most will not follow him down the rabbit hole of being reinstated by end of summer.
Some people who used to support him are laughing at him. If the primary were today... he would win. The primary is 3 years away.
