One of the cable shows is talking about how we're North Korea now. It's really not too far off. This guy is so off the rails - all ego, and an ego that is so easily bruised. Like a sad little overripe peach.

Islam can't possibly win a global war if it's enemy is truly motivated. Perhaps they will push China, Russia, India, or Israel too far someday, and wind-up seeing Mecca nuked and the blasted Ka'bah destroyed.

It's more about disrupting America & the west, and depleting our resources & finances.

I'll always contend that we responded exactly the way OBL wanted us to after we were attacked on 9/11. I think that was all he had; it took years of planning & all of the resources they had. They didn't have anything else in the quiver.

His best hope was for us to overreact, and do something exactly like the invasion of Iraq. A 10 year war that cost us trillions, and took us down a notch as a superpower. We probably played right into his hands.

I understand that CDS completely clouded their thinking in the lead-up to election day, and that Trump seemed like Lincoln or Reagan by comparison. But she's gone now. Isn't reality setting in yet?

I have concern about every President. I also know that it is a very sobering job that can humble the biggest narcissist. I also know that we are wired to see the worst in our political opponents. I am guilty of it myself. You will never give him the benefit of the doubt. To be fair I never gave Obama the benefit of the doubt either.

Maybe it stems from us being wrong about the election and we want desperately for those who didn't vote our way to see that we were in fact right?

You survived 8 years of Bush. I survived 8 years of Obama. You will survive 8 years of Trump.

It's early. He hasn't even been inaugurated yet and you have already blown your wad whining about him.

Thing isn't out in left field so much as he misses the jihadist end game. A global war would only be good if the jihadists came out on top. And I'll leave 'not doing anything in response to 9-11 because the jihadists wanted us to do something' to stand on its own merit.

The end game is subjugation of the infidel by Islam. Pay attention liberals---BY ANY MEANS NECCESSARY.

Outright war is probably the last thing they have in mind because they would almost certainly lose. Terrorism is good because it instills fear. Presently though, the jihadists have been presented with a gift in unfettered immigration of Muslims from Syria.

They understand the power demographics better than liberals do. Which is slightly ironic if you think about it. You want to turn Germany into a Muslim country? Why do something insane and declare war on it? Flood it with Muslims who have a higher birth rate than the native Germans and in a generation you'll have your wish.

Jihad isn't just bombs and bullets: it's anything that advances Islam.

It took a great deal of self-discipline to stop building up support for the American-backed terrorists in the Six Counties and establish and agreed settlement.
