Blue States don't have enough electoral votes.
The Constitution is a turd of a document because its primary job was to form a government and it formed the dumbest government on the face of the earth.

Interpreting the Constitution and basing law on it is radical?

SCOTUS has no authority to interpret the Constitution. See Article III.
They DO have the authority to throw out any law not in conformance with the Constitution.
They DO have the authority to correct their own unconstitutional decision.

SCOTUS does NOT have the authority to write law.
