The basic premise of this thread just isn't accurate.

What Trump is doing right now has no precedent. We've had election challenges in the past; we have had "calls of illegitimacy," etc.

But we have never had a sitting President messaging out to devoted supporters every single day that an entire election was rigged, that there is massive fraud and that they can no longer trust the electoral process.
 
This election was run like every other election for the last century. Rightys are so desperate that they will believe anything a Trumpy says, no matter how ridiculous and wrong. You rightys just love cons-piracies. It cannot be Trump lost because he is an incompetent dick in way over his talents and intellectual base. It has to be a plot to unseat the king.
Look how well Trump ran the Coronavirus. What a great success. How about how well he handled our allies? He drove Europe away and snuggled with world dictators. That is something no other president would do. PS That was a bad thing.
Trump created the worst swamp we ever had. He put 207 lobbyists and corporate execs in charge of regulating agencies. He gutted all the protections those agencies provided for American citizens. He moved a trillion dollars to the wealthy. Trump was an unexpected gift to the plutocrats.
Trump simply lost the election worst than Hillary did. She won the popular vote. She was the selection of the people. Biden is the choice of the people, Reds want another 4 years of minority rule.

Congress has an approval rating in the teens because over a long while now they have accumulated a record of not getting the work done, not standing up for the American people, not standing up for the Constitution....instead spending their time looking for money and playing childish and irresponsible children's political games.

What's sad is that in 2016 Dump had "his boys" check into vote counting integrity. They found NO EVIDENCE of voter tampering or ballot fraud. But that doesn't stop our resident right wing wonks from parroting trump tripe.

The President is not elected by popular vote. Trump did win the 2016 election. Perhaps you've been living under a rock??

There really isn't any equivalency here.

What Trump has done since election day - the daily messaging he has responded with about the election being rigged, and massive fraud - is without precedent.
