Yes, it was KSM, who in 2003 while being held/detained/water boarded in Poland, divulged the information about a courier that led to them later identifying said courier through other, now illegal interrogations, in 2007. Then they, the CIA, began seeking this courier and ultimately where he lived. These are the facts-and the ones that I am certain liberal's will not likely wish to focus on going forward.
