Orange Tweet is back!

Clapper was already on NBC when you were asking me about the evidence, as were ample reports that Trump offered no evidence whatsoever.

Can you explain to me why we aren't allowed to take a repetitive pattern of behavior & draw conclusions from that pattern of behavior?

I find it interesting you avoid answering my question and now expect me to answer yours. I'll take the high road.

As I have already said, in three posts (now is four), the fact Trump won't release any info, makes me hightly suspicious.

Past actions are merely an MO, not proof of anything. It is something for others do decide, whether, given the past responses and actions, whether it makes their comments less truthful.

But you, deeming Trump's comments 100% false (pretty sure you said 100%, maybe not), without anything else, shows you are quick to believe what you want, and slow to believe what you don't want.

That is a fact that you have to deal with.

I said it was a thread about Trump falsely accusing Obama.

And hell yeah - Trump has shown, at this point, countless times that he will go off half-cocked on twitter, based on nothing but fake news, or Mark Levin spouting his theories. When I posted that, Clapper was already on Meet the Press, and it was already being widely reported that Trump was offering no evidence whatsoever.

So, I'm "dealing" with your alternative facts just fine. This is a bad, bad thread for you, PMP, Grind & the rest.

I'm going to lay this out for you and give you some respect. Unlike Think1, you have made a cogent argument.

Trump is a liar, and I have said so. What bothers me, is when liberals claim (automatically) that what ever he says is a lie. I call a poster who is a lying, a liar.

It is not an insult, but the truth.

When Trump has truly lied, have I ever called you out?

When people like Thing1 claim the Trump is absolutely false, and I merely ask how he knows this, Thing1 calls me a hack. For merely asking a question. If you follow the posts, he later changes his stance to 'well knows one really know if is true' (paraphrase). But he called me a hack and a defender for merely asking how he knew it was false.

When Thing1 calls me a hack and a liar, you seem to have no problem with that.

If you don't know if he telling the truth, then why automatically say he is a liar? CNN's title said it best, something like, without any corroborating evidence, Trump says Obama spied on him.

If you and thing had said something like that, I would totally agree.

I'm not calling him a liar for no reason but because when his comments are fact-checked so many of them are lies. You can take a statement being checked and follow it all the way back to trump's mouth, and you'll see it was a lie. The Obama birth certificate is the most popular example but not the only one by far.

I'm tired of not knowing whether the president of the US is being honest with the people. We shouldn't have to be fact-checking every word. If trump has evidence of wiretapping, he could have pulled it all together and then released it to the media with corroboration. Instead we have him tweeting... tweeting, for god's sake... that the former president is a criminal, giving Obama no way to defend himself except through his words or the words of his Justice Department. trump dropped this bomb over the weekend and then went off to golf in Florida. The whole thing smells to high heaven.

Let's make a deal.

I'll accept that Trump lied about the wiretap if you admit the Russian/Trump collusion is a lie propagated by the media.

Unless you have evidence.

I dont need you to admit to Rump's many lies. They are lies and anyone who is not very stupid knows it.

Are you really this insane? I already answered your question. What is wrong with you?

He's not fit to lead this nation. We're not even a few months in. We're not getting through 4 years of this.

Whos going to do something, the Republicans in Congress are spineless. They will do nothing, and they are in charge.

This is another example of why trump is so maddening. He throws out a comment that's intended to make people believe the DNC or his opponents are plotting against him. It's supposition with no back up. If this is what he believes he should have checked it with the FBI. I'm not a lawyer but I don't know how the DNC could have prevented access to the FBI if they came with the proper paperwork. And note the time, 3:32 AM. It's all so crazy.

Is it true the DNC would not allow the FBI access to check server or other equipment after learning it was hacked? Can that be possible?

You sound just like rightwingers saying the same thing about Obama.

I am sorely disappointed in you .

Rightwingers didn't like Obama because of his policies - among other reasons.

Trump is a pathological liar, and incredibly reckless with his words. Every American should have some concern about this.

Then it is not a direct quote you stupid liar.

What is wrong with you? You claimed it was a direct quote and now you admit it is not.

You LIED.

I already admitted I made a mistake when I called it a direct quote. I was wrong. What else do you want me to say....

I still believe he said it.
