Almost all think that Spiderweb was run by the Brits, some think with extensive MOSSAD help.....the Americans paid for it, and approved of it.

On Judge Nap today Ritter talked about Russia House, which goes back to the Soviet days, a cabal inside the CIA that is totally rogue. They do not report to the CIA director, and they are often funded from their mafia operations not the federal treasury (Ritter did not say this part, but I happen to know thats how it works).
