The two largest drivers of inflation are supply and demand. Cost of fuel is WAY down the list.

Cost of fuel is quite important, actually. Goods need to be shipped/transported, services require fuel to operate, etc...

I remember Democrats bitching up a storm when gas here in WI reached the ever so high price of ~$2.70/gallon for a short time. Meanwhile, during Biden's term, gas has yet to ever get back down below $3.00/gallon. It went OVER $4.00/gallon for a time, and is currently at $3.49/gallon.

So yes, in 2025, the first thing that I'd like to see Trump do is to undo what Biden has done and to reinstate what he was doing (which was working wonders) during his first term.

How can you expect oil/etc companies to only keep their product in the US if they're making money hand over fist exporting it? What incentive do they have to do ANYTHING besides profit?
