Ooops. Babbitt Was Shot Down Like The Dog That She Is Via Self Defense

17 yo black kid, fired up about the death of black men at the hands of the cops, shows up in Kenosha to "help." His friend gives him an AR and he gives his friend money. Kid then struts around wearing his bang-bang, acting tough. Cops see kid, knock him down, remove his gun, lock him up. (Most likely scenario.)

Alternative scenario: Black kid isn't seen by the cops. He exchanges words with some counter protesters. They think that he's a threat and start chasing him; one whacks him with his skateboard/laptop/shoe. Kid shoots and kills him and the other ones chasing him. First ending: Cops gun him down instead of giving him water. Alternative ending: He manages to escape but is found on video surveillance and arrested, after posting about his kills on social media.

No way on Earth would you Reichwing gun-humpers call that a righteous shooting.

That fantasy does not jibe with reality.

Even this lunatic claim doesn't justify his illegal use of deadly force in complete indifference to the federal use of force rules. He had a DUTY to warn her, and then try to control her using less than deadly force. He failed to even attempt to do that. Then he fled the scene. That too is in complete violation of federal rules, regulations, and laws governing law enforcement officers.

Your bias is showing between your defense of the Insurrectionists and the support for Kyle shooting unarmed Americans. Pick one.

Of course it doesn't. Black kids with guns -- or with toy guns, or NO guns -- get shot by cops. White kids shoot other ppl and are called "heroes" by white supremacist assholes, and given bottled water by cops.

Neither does that fantasy jibe with reality. Try again.

Only one thing is relevant on Rittenhouse: He went there with a gun to kill people.

How many days in a row ya gonna let an arsonist run wild? I bet Kyle shot the exact molotov heaving junkyfaggot doing it all. Well thank goodness someone shot the bastard. I'd had tried to get his knees, personally. All the nonsense killing him, cut the difference and put him in a wheelchair for the rest of his life.

Can't have it both ways. Either Rittenhouse is your hero, or Babbitt is.

.

sure we can....she didn't pull the barrel of the gun that killed her........she didn't have a firearm that she pointed at her murderer........and she didn't hit him with a skateboard........what was the guy defending himself from?......a scary face in the window?.......

But none of that happened though,...so...I guess you and yours are shit out of luck.

Don't have to. My reasoned and fact based explanation in both cases easily demolishes your rhetorical and emotional based nonsense. Refute that the officer that shot Babbitt didn't follow federal use of force guidelines. Refute that the officer that shot Babbitt was justified in fleeing the scene after doing that. Refute that Babbitt was unarmed and not a direct threat to the officer that shot her. Refute that there was no other immediate threat Babbitt posed.
In the Rittenhouse case, his first kill was against an insane criminal that was shouting obscenities and saying he wanted to kill Rittenhouse. He then lunged for Rittenhouse's gun and was shot dead. The second was attacking him with a weapon (skateboard) and had repeatedly hit and injured him with it. The third was a man with an illegally held pistol who admitted he pointed it at Rittenhouse when he was shot.

Refute any of that. Oh, and it wasn't an "insurrection." It was a riot. No matter how many times you repeat that bald faced LIE, it will never be true.

Awesome rant. Why do I need to refute anything? I'm going with the investigations and court verdicts.

"She wasn't armed!!!!"

Nor were Rittenhouse's victims.
One had a skateboard that he swung like a club striking Rittenhouse the other had a loaded Glock that he pointed at Rittenhouse's face. No weapons indeed. You are a moron.

What investigation and court verdicts? Neither happened in her case. The officer wasn't investigated outside of his own agency. There was no court hearings on her death.
