As I have previously stated many times there's no problem in Alabama... unless there's negligence... if doctors took a pause that's on them... They're not putting their patients first...

Toxic is not an educated or bright individual. She simply is unable to understand the broader implications of the ruling that an embryo in a petri dish = a child. Yes, the ruling was issued on a case involving negligent destruction of embryos. However, it applies to *all* IVF clinics, patients, physicians, staff, etc. It voids prior contracts between patients and clinics where permission was granted to dispose of unused/unwanted embryos.

It's kind of you to attempt to explain this repeatedly to the poor deranged dear. But you might as well be nailing jello to a tree. Toxic will insist, despite all evidence to the contrary, that she is right and you and countless actual attorneys and legal scholars and Alabama legislators are all wrong. :rolleyes:

That's funny... I'm right but you let me know if someone gets charged for murder because they got caught disposing of an embryo with the permission of the family according to contract..

Ya i know neither logic or common sense will cut thru TOP's stupidity. It would be like trying to help Marjorie Greene pronounce 'IN DiCK TABULL'. There is no educating this level of stupid.

When i reply to TOP it more to ensure her BS does not end up being the last word, and to laugh at her stupidity.

S you rightly point out Alabama is scrambling to pass NEW laws, because currently, with the ruling that embryo are children there is NO LEGAL WAY to dispose of the unused embryos' contract or not.

TOP seriously thinking 'anyone can throw out children as long as they have a contract' is just really amusing to me. It is Marjorie Greene level stupidity which always amuses me.

Alabama is scrambling real quick to write a NEW LAW to prevent that happening, as the current law DOES NOT allow it.

Your stupidity is so deep you believe the NEW LAW once it goes into existence, negates the current legal situation.

Just like we saw during the pandemic, merely seeing a presentation on Fox makes MAGATs instant experts. Whether the subject is health/medicine, war, the law, the economy -- they know more than the doctors, the generals, attorneys, the guys with PhDs. You'll notice also that they believe that repeating the same bullshit over and over magically makes it come true. Wasn't there a famous Nazi propagandist who used that tactic?
