Human nature is to be reticent in admitting a mistake.

MAGA morons on this board are unlikely to ever admit in public that their vote in 2024 was a mistake. They would rather be flogged and beaten than admit the liberals were right.

That would be the nature of a human who is unaccountable and personally insecure. Well adjusted, high functioning adults rarely hesitate to admit their mistakes.

MAGA morons couldn't admit their mistake after 2016. In 2020, they doubled down on their mistake and then made up delusional lies about imaginary election fraud. They knew what they were doing in 2024. They are racist, bigoted, evil, hateful people. They only quietly acknowledge they made a mistake now because they can't afford to put gas in their cars or feed themselves. They certainly won't admit it out loud because as you noted, they would rather kill themselves than "lose" to liberals. That's the lowliness of the modern American right.
