You can't prove that, and besides, that is not the point, Russia did interfere, we know now that they interfered, and not only have we done nothing about it we also haven't even taken steps to make sure it doesn't happen again.
The next election is open, why wouldn't any foreign entity get involved, they know now they won't be held accountable for their interference, and the party they helped will probably refuse to acknowledge they were even involved, new normal, thanks to Trump, the very thing the Founding Fathers warned us against
