Capitalism does exploit labor, even Adam Smith explained that, maximizing profits as its goals, why did you think the child labor of the 19th early 20th Century existed

I suppose you think this makes sense. Think again. It's not legal to hire one gender only unless there are specific circumstances, like hiring women to model women's clothing (or men to do the same.)
Furthermore, the discussion is about pay differences between two genders, not one. If there were wage gaps in a women-only company they wouldn't be because of gender.
And the males who refuse to stand up to women.....little boys when we need men.
