Frankfurt (see citation) would consider Trump a bullshitter. In his article, he considers the bullshitter a much more despicable piece of shit than the liar. At least the liar has an awareness of the truth and knows the value of using that awareness to his advantage.

A bullshitter, like Trump, has no awareness of the truth nor does he place any value on it. Truth or lies don't matter to him one way or the other. Just the bullshit.
