The economic cost of the common cold is astronomical. This isn't about panic or fear mongering. It's about not paying the bill for the selfish behavior of the vaccine defiant. Mandatory vaccinations are of course unconstitutional and that argument produces Paradox V. ANY demand for someone to get vaccinated produces Paradox V:

1) The vaccination protects me from covid19.
2) I demand YOU be vaccinated because MY vaccination does not protect me from covid19.
