Shame. I remember hearing that she had breast cancer.

Her song 'Physical' had many men obsessing over her.

True story:

In the early 80's I worked with some crazy bikers renovating Burger King restaurants. We were required to work overnight when the place was closed, and when the managers opened in the morning we would start to clean up.

One morning I was seated at a table discussing the job with the manager. 'Physical' came on the radio and he actually needed to take a moment! He first muttered 'oh...not now!'

He actually had to put his head on the table while the song was on.
 
How could anyone refuse to adore such a beautiful, wonderfully talented, unselfish, giving person!

Breast Cancer is a horrible disease and still one of the most common causes of death among women in the world.

Breast Cancer took my lovely little sister, as well, 5 years ago.

ONJ will be forever missed! And I will also miss my little sister for as long as I shall live.
