Oklahoma writes bible requirements so that only Trumps bible will meet them

Not yet, but if EL shows up, I'm sure I will be. The over/under on Uber Eats for today is 37. I have the over.

You know exactly what I'm talking about. Excel. It is just pathetic that you are so insecure you had to lie about the fact you misspelled it. Soneone who would lie about that would lie about absolutely anything. And that's why I know for a fact that you are a compulsive liar. The uiltimate tell is lying when the truth will do. That's you. I'll bet you're lying about everything. How sad.

Your question shows clearly that you have no idea what you're talking about. There is nothing illegal about a private agreement between two parties, unless the consideration provided is not legal. Which is the exact case here. If you are not a shareholder and you are not a creditor of record, you are not entitled to a single dime from the sale of a corporation. It doesn't matter if you agreed to that. it is illegal. Your arguments always lack nuance, which is why I know you are an uneducated rube who never went to class and lived off your daddy's good will. That's what you're doing to this day. You are a joke.

In fact, you are such a compulsive liar you even lied about who replied to who this morning. Good grief. You wouldn't know the truth if it bit you in ass.
No, you are wrong.

If you were accurate, you would post the regulations or laws that are applicable,

You have not done so.

I replied to your post this morning.

Put down the booze, Concarty.

What are you talking about…altering posts?

LOL. Do you need a refresher course about contract law? Or did you just skip that one too. You cannot make a contract that requires one party to violate the law. Was this a loan? If so, it would then have to be paid per the terms of the loan. If it was, as you described, 'seed money', you could only be compensated if you owned a part of the company. Meaning stock. Yes, you replied to me. You lied about that in your previous post. And you know exactly what I'm talking about, and we both know you know. You straight out lied about altering your post after I quoted it. Are you actually trying to play to the audience? ROTFLMFAO!!! You really are a loser, aren't you?

No laws were broken, Concarty.

The lawyer who consummated the sale (my neighbor) bought a BMW afterwards and gave it to his son at Harverd.

Was that illegal, Concarty?

You still have not posted any applicable laws or regulations, Concarty.

Why would anyone care about what a Uber Eats driver says even though you are “rich” and an “economist”…?

Altering posts…which ones, Concarty?

Too funny, Concarty.

No that was not illegal, however the value of the BMW less the normal gift allowance is subject to taxation. The lawyer is con man and a criminal. The agreement he is supposedly consumating is an illegal agreement. Strawman. I am not an Uber Eats driver, and I am not an economist. Why do you lie when the truth will do? Why do you lie about everything? I think the lawyer, the lawyers son, the BMW, the company, and the sale are all figments of an active imagination. It's okay, you can still spend daddy's money, frat boy, even though you are a derspicable pig.

I’m not included. I don’t lie. My posts reflect my level of knowledge about the claims I make. People like those named in my post assume I lack knowledge so they try to bullshit their way through. I don’t have that problem. I don’t claim I was a navy seal. I don’t claim to have a doctor’s degree. I don’t claim knowledge about a subject that I don’t have. I can talk the talk. I don't claim my financial advisor guarantees a ten percent return. I don't claim that I own a business and don't understand how I am compensated. I don't claim that Medicare Advantage is paid for entirely by member premiums. That demonstrates that the person is lying. See how that works?
Note to Mr ECONOMIST, nobody cares what you were or were not. Stop being a pissed-off jerk or you will bring on all sorts of unexplained maladies.

Do you really believe that my lawyer does not know the tax implications of a gift to his son, Concarty?

Really?

You posted that after retirement, you drove for Uber Eats.

Indeed you did.

You are a hoot, Concarty.

Well, we agree on one thing. You are indeed a nobody.
Well, Concarty, you are "rich" and an "economist" and an "Uber Eats driver" and an expert on "gas hot water heaters that must have electricity to operate."

There is that.
