LOL. Do you need a refresher course about contract law? Or did you just skip that one too. You cannot make a contract that requires one party to violate the law. Was this a loan? If so, it would then have to be paid per the terms of the loan. If it was, as you described, 'seed money', you could only be compensated if you owned a part of the company. Meaning stock. No that was not illegal, however the value of the BMW less the normal gift allowance is subject to taxation. The lawyer is con man and a criminal. The agreement he is supposedly consumating is an illegal agreement. Strawman. I am not an Uber Eats driver, and I am not an economist. Why do you lie when the truth will do?
