I voted for sanders and then Trump. I'm a registered Dem ( old habit) and in a closed primary state.

Hillary for reasons i've gone over was unacceptable. full stop. no. she is a lying warmonger, and more .

Sanders took on income inequality. which I think is the real problem - not racial divides, not ideological.

I believe he believes he didn't attempt to rape Ford.

I also believe her and that he did.

In any case Kavanaugh has demonstrated that he does not possess the temperament that a SC Justice requires.

I am on their case, and will not relent, nor pull any punches. I will continue to point out their hatred and hypocrisy and stupidity!

I agree. There's not enough evidence to come to a legal conclusion. But, that's not what I said. I'm talking about my intuition. My experience interacting with people to get a feeling if they're truthful or not. I went into the hearing wanting to believe that Kavanaugh was guilty as hell but I put my bias aside and went with what my feelings, gut instinct, hunch told me as if I was a juror sitting on a jury. I wanted Kavanaugh to sound guilty, to look guilty, to be guilty and I found that he didn't appear that way. To me, he appeared to be telling the truth. The last thing I want to do is give Trump a victory but I didn't want to let that affect my opinion. It doesn't make me a racist. It doesn't make me a Trump supporter and it doesn't make me a misogynist.
I may be wrong. Kavanaugh may be a serial rapist. I'm just going with my gut and my gut is telling me he's innocent. Nothing more. Nothing less.
If those on the left want to lambast me for being honest with my feelings and observations, have at it.

You believe because of your 'impartiality' that makes you more pure in your judgement. Nothing could be further from the truth. To answer your question, he could have acted like he wasn't guilty.

He could have, and should have, demanded an FBI investigation. Instead he runs from it as though he has something to hide .. like his alcoholism and his belligerent nature when intoxicated.

Additionally, he's a liar. He's lied a lot throughout this process.

Whatever bias anyone may have, that has nothing to do with the fact that he should have demanded an investigation, he should have taken a polygraph, he should have answered truthfully and straight-forwardly to the questions he was asked .. including whether he would ask for the FBI to investigate.

You are free to believe whatever you choose to believe, but demanding more proof/evidence of others then you are willing to provide simply makes no sense.

Speaking of being a tool, have you ever heard the term "Innocent until proven guilty"? It's what our whole legal system is based on.
It means EVERYONE starts out as INNOCENT and has to be PROVEN GUILTY with FACTS and EVIDENCE. You don't need evidence to prove him innocent.
