Ok, I just read the indictment. Here's what I learned: Trump is f.*****

Explain. In what ways is it "weak"? They have text messages. They have surveillance video from Trump's own security system. They have witnesses who worked for and/or represented Trump. They have the documents themselves, no doubt with fingerprints. He was offered several opportunities to return the missing documents. He not only refused, he had employees moving them around prior to searches for them.

Contrast and compare that with Pence and Biden, who also had (far lesser numbers) of classified documents stashed at their personal residences and offices. When discovered, they not only turned them over immediately, they authorized further searches in case some were missed. That's all your #MalignantMessiah had to do -- turn them over. Why didn't he?

Are you kidding? TA didn't read it. He's bullshitting.
Remember, this is TA Gardner. Bullshit is his middle name.

The indictment is very thorough and concise yet comprehensive. But the thing that really hit home with me was how careless Trump was with this sensitive information and the questionable decisions he made in the process. I mean, it's hard to imagine what he was thinking and what drove him to make the decisions he did. It further highlights the fact that he's just not a very smart person. Left to his own devices, Trump is a very dangerous person.
This is going to be a slam-dunk case and much of it will be due to Trump's own ignorance and ineptitude.

TS, Trump DNGAF about American which makes his 'MAGA' so laughable.

He puts Putin over his own intelligence agencies. He admires and gives accolades to Putin, Kim Jong Un, Xi and other autocrats, while showing disdain for democratically elected leaders, and that is because he admires those leaders who do not have to answer to anyone. He would sell out all of the US, for a Trump tower in Moscow or Beijing paid for and gifted to his family.

I think she knows the 11th circuit will be watching. They dressed her down pretty hard last time. I don’t think she wants that to happen, again.
Let’s hope she learned her lesson
Agreed. Regardless, the defendant will follow the old "If I win, the election is fair. If I lose, the election is rigged" strategy with her. If she frees him, he'll say she was honest. If she hammers him, he'll claim she is "woke" and kowtowing to the Lefties.

Yet according to a post I just read on a different thread, 51% of Republicans don't care and would vote for him again.

Trump isn't the only one who's fucked. America is, too.

Trump loses elections as it is. He can not afford to have backers bail on him. His legal problems will result in reasonable people bailing on him.

I read the whole thing just now. That's some pretty weak assed shit there...
^Proof that ...

A - you cannot read
B - you have the legal analysis skill of a pea brain

Legal experts across the board, including many who have defended Trump vigorously prior are saying this is one of the most damning indictments they have ever seen. Everything is supported at multiple levels. Recordings of Trump. Statements by Trump. Copious detailed notes by his lawyers. Video recordings of the acts. and on and on.

It's simple. A lot of the charges hinge around his possession of the documents. Those are problematic because Trump was president at the time he acquired them. I pointed out the reason earlier EO 13526. He could declassify those documents on a whim. Again, not all the charges have to do with that, but the ones that do are going to be very hard to make a case for.

Sadly this is true. I think the indictment scares them. Plus it's all legal and has big, hard words and makes #TRE45ON look bad.

I'm surprised that none of the Cultists have blamed the "liberals on the grand jury" for the indictment. Guess the fact that they're more likely to be (R), being FL citizens, has quelled that, for now.

No idea what your post is. Do you understand that Trump never had a right to personally possess the documents?

Acquisition means possession of. Are you completely incapable of understanding the English language? As president Trump has a right to possess those documents. As president Trump could declassify the same documents. He didn't acquire them after he left office, but while he was in office.

Trump stole the documents. For someone with an MA in history you are pretty dumb. Your blathering about "acquire" is irrelevant.

Wrong. Your analysis is flawed.

1. The documents left with him when he and his corruption left our White House. He was no longer IMPOTUSx2 at that point and therefore he had no right to keep them.

2. He did not declassify them. In fact, he is on record -- a recording with several witnesses -- saying that the one classified war plans he was showing to them was still "secret." The EO that you referenced gives specific instructions regarding how classified materials are to be declassified. There is zero documentation that #TRE45ON followed these directions.
