The stock market represents hostility to the average american. How Do I know? Markets rally when oil prices rise, even though the average citizen is assisted greatly when gas is cheap. The markets puff up as long as working people are getting screwed.

Speaking of that top. i got about 20k from a pension payout to buy something with. What oil company is a good bet for long term?
 
not sure about exxon, chevron is no where near the high. We were up over 100 now at 78.
Rig did take a hit, check it. You would not believe the rates they get for their rigs. And the big boys are not going to stop drilling with oil at 50. Anything over say 35 and rig is good.
 
Well once fidelity gets off there ass and sends the check ill put it in the IRA and buy something. been like 10days already since i got notice they sending check.
