What FoxNews used to do with Obama was have live focus groups listen to his speeches. They had switches to say if they reacted positively or negatively to the speech. If the trend was too positive, they would cutoff the President of the United States of America. Now FoxNews just completely cuts off the President of the United States of America, and then tells you what they want you to believe he said.

It is a sad state of affairs. Does any of the FoxNews viewers wonder what Biden said that FoxNews does not want them to hear? Why are they afraid of what he has to say?

I love telling everyone - in essence - how INCREDIBLY naive/gullible they are for trusting (in the slightest) in the people they elect.



The politicians LOVE IT when you all fight like this.
The more you fight?
The more distracted from the REAL problems you get.
Why do you think they encourage it?

It's the same reason why governments want everyone to get married and have children.

One - because it increases the number of voters (more power).
Two - it increases the tax base (more money).
Three - it takes up everyone's energy to raise a family. They have no time to truly analyze the government.

That's why most revolutions start with the young. They have more time and energy to actually look at what the government is doing.
Which is why many politicians want everyone to go to college.
Again...keeps them busy.

And old people?
Most old people just care about healthcare/Social Security and long for the 'good old days'.
Most old people are sad/depressed/lonely/in various states of physical discomfort.
And they don't care much about the future - because they won't be around to see it.

Look at the people around here?
Tons of them are old.
And almost all of them (with exceptions) bitch non-stop.
Stuck in their ways.
Hate everyone who is not like they are.
Miserable, old farts whose lives did not turn out the way they wanted and now they are trying to blame everyone else for their failures.


And the young are now becoming spoiled rotten.
Through no fault of their own.
They were largely raised by underpaid/overworked strangers in daycares - which fucks up these kids because they are denied unconditional love at the most important time of their lives (pre-school years).
While their parents worked their tails off to buy bigger SUV's.
But those parents secretly feel guilty for not raising their children themselves.
For pawning off their little ones onto daycares just for their own selfish, financial desires.
Or, early on, when women desperately wanted to get out of the house and make a living.
Even if it meant tossing their children into the care of strangers.

This was a terrible thing.
Though, understandable considering how lousy women had been treated for...for ever.
Then one terrible day...women made a decision.
They decided that they could be great mother's and great workers.
NO...THEY CANNOT.
Raising a child is a full time job.
You cannot half ass it.
But, feminism encouraged women to 'get a job'.
Throw your children in daycare.
Be 'modern'.
TERRIBLE decision.
They could have raised the children until they were 6 and then gone back to work.
But no...they didn't want to do that.
So...off to daycare went the poor, scared, little children.
Where they get no love (no matter what the daycares promise).

So, when these kids come home from daycare?
The parents spoil them rotten.
Like divorced parents do when their kids come to visit them.
They buy them whatever the little ones want.
And they never put the children down ('everyone is a winner').

But the children don't respect their parents as much.
Because they know that the parents are not putting in the effort at raising them that they should/some of their friends parents do.
If you are tossing your child into daycare?
Especially if you can afford to raise them if you wanted?
You are not putting in the effort.
You do not deserve to be respected.
So...the children don't.

They get spoiled and they do not respect their parents.
Result?
The Millennials, Zoomers and Alphas are thin-skinned, lazy and expect everything handed to them.
Especially on the left.
And that is reflected in left wing politics.

In Clinton's day?
The left were about balanced budgets and the left were the open-minded ones.
The ones who hated the establishment.
Who liked social freedom.

Not any longer.

Today?
The left wants EVERYTHING handed to them.
And they want to force everyone to be nice to them.
And to never be mean to them.
And they want everyone to be controlled.
They want a womb (in essence).


And the right?
Especially the men?
ESPECIALLY average/stupid men.
Most of them are PISSED off that they have lost their power.

When a 'white' dude was born in 1960?
He still was all powerful.
Even a dumb, 'white' guy could be king of his house.
Even if he worked 'just' a solid, blue color job.
And get any woman he wanted if he made enough money.
And all other 'races' were 'inferior' to him (socially).

Not anymore.
There are more women in university then men. Have been for a long time.
They don't need men any longer to make great money.
Or have power.
And 'visible minorities' are no longer subservient to 'whites'.
Which is all good.
But many of their blue color jobs left (for other countries) or no longer paid the bills any longer.

So...the average, middle class, white dude has lost ALL of the power that he used to take for granted.
And he does NOT like it.

That's why SO many of them are MAGA.
Trump offered them to make America like the 1950's again.
Where women and minorities were subservient.
Where 'white' men were KING.
Where men did not have to be smart to be powerful.

Trump represents their semi-ideal.
He is old, fat, stupid, openly wants to fuck his daughter (Ivanka), puts down anyone he wants to, only likes good-looking women, eats whatever he wants, doesn't care about the environment and is rich and powerful. I don't think he is MEGA-racist - per se. But I think he is uncomfortable with anyone who is not 'white'. He does not hate 'blacks'/foreigners. He just does not want to hang with them.

The right used to be for small government, down-to-Earth living and freedom from outside control.
They abandoned the first one.
The corporatism/central bank dominance of the economy since 2000 has taken much of their wealth/down-to-Earth living (and given it to the wealthy).
And they feel closed in by suddenly not being all-powerful, any longer. Like they were for centuries.


So the right is pissed off at losing their power (especially the 'white' men).
And the left have become spoiled brats.

And the politicians know ALL of this.
And are playing the two sides off against each other.

The politicians and the wealthy have gotten STAGGERINGLY wealthy since 2008 (with the Fed controlling the economy in their favor...just look at the stock market since 2008. And who owns the stocks? Almost exclusively the wealthy.).
And they do not want the party to end.
So?
They are using the frustrations and weaknesses on both sides to play them off against each other.
Whilst they get rich at the expense of the middle classes.

And what goes on chat forums like this one is proof of that.
Look at the HATRED both sides have for each other.
And the politicians are encouraging it...every chance they get.

They want you people distracted.
And you people are falling for it.
Instead of fighting the system.
Instead of attacking (verbally) the government for creating this mess?
Instead of demanding better government?
You people are blaming the other side and fighting each other.

And since most people are too macroeconomically ignorant to know what the 'f' is going on?

I don’t know what progressives have to do with my statement either. My assumption, and I believe it to be accurate, was that you were accusing me of intolerance. Otherwise why post it? You basically verified my assumption when I asked you what the point was. Progressives are not at all the subject of this thread. I didn’t suggest that you were in the group I mentioned which was MAGA Republicans. The same group that the President was talking about. They are, objectively, betraying the constitution and the rule of law. That is a fact, not an opinion.

Fox and RedState are both today saying that Biden is backtracking on what he said in his dystopian speech, as if he regrets it. BullShit....this is exactly like how one day there is a bold headline above the fold and the next day there is a slight walkback on page 27 which almost no one will see or care about. What he said yesterday, and the atmospherics that the Revolution used with the military and the communist red lighting, is what was meant and what will be remembered. You conservative and other enemies of the Revolution who are today comforting yourself with "See they know they went too far and they regret it" are Chumps First Class.

Maybe the distinction was meant as cover against accusations that this was a totally partisan speech. Maybe it was an attempt to welcome "mainstream Republicans" or Republican-leaning independents over to Democrats' side. But Biden's premise here is tragically flawed, because "mainstream" Republicans today are MAGA Republicans. Maybe not quite the caricature of MAGA Republicans that Biden laid out. But Trump fans (with all that entails) are not some fringe. They're at the center of today's Republican Party and account for many of its candidates.

Biden is harking back to an era of "mainstream" Republicanism that no longer exists.
