Official flag burning thread

Why, are you a governmental authority? Anyway, there are two national flags on Earth that I happen to find cooler than the American Flag (although I do find the original 13-star US flag to be cooler than the current one): The Brazilian Flag and the Union Jack. Therefore, payback is due, if, for no other reason, then crimes against art.

I happen to know the law, there is no statute against flag burning in the UK. However, there are laws against inciting racial tensions and causing a public affray.

Tom, I hate to be the barer of bad news, but the legality of flag-burning in the UK was not the intended topic of this thread.

In other words, no guarantee of freedom of speech.

We don't choose to live by your laws, Tom.

Seems as if this question was decided in 1783.
 
Stating which US Consitutional laws would effect certain aspects of life in the UK would be irrelephant in any thread, because the USC has no jurisdiction in the UK...

If some nut goes out and kills a few Muslims over this, are gonna blame the flag burners like you want to blame the nutty Quran burner in Fla for the violence in the ME.....????
