I don't think it did, but he's counting on the fact that most people aren't as up on that as we are here and won't check. Slight exaggerations aren't going to make or break this thing though.

Every time he starts negative on Romney he drops like a rock on the CNN approval line, especially with women. When Romney does he stays above the line. It's fascinating to watch.
