Proof? Now you think proof is important. You did not need it for your declaration. It is simple to see that rightys subjected a weakened man to severe pressure, beatings, and bear spray. He was alive before the Trumpys did that to him. He was soon dead.
Over 140 cops were injured too that day. Yeah, it was one of the Trumpys proudest moments.
Trumpys killed the man and are trying to weasel out.
If you attack an old person and he dies. You will be charged with murder. You will not be exonerated because he was old and perhaps close to death anyway.

A retired New York City cop from Orange County was denied bail Tuesday following his arrest on charges that he attacked a police officer with a flagpole during last month's riot at the Capitol.

Thomas Webster, of Goshen, was heard on video cursing and attacking the officer and also on a YouTube video as he was on a staircase outside the Capitol announcing, "Send more patriots. We need some help."

Webster, 54, was in White Plains federal court Tuesday, a day after turning himself in to the FBI. The charges against him in the U.S. District Court in Washington include assault on a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.

The criminal complaint against Webster relies on police body camera footage showing the assault on the Metropolitan Police Department officer at a barricade at the West Front of the Capitol building during the pro-Trump riot....

In her defense, that happened before it was determined that the fire extinguisher bit was a lie. But, it [the fake narrative] did serve a political purpose insofar as impeachment 2.0 went.

He had no visible wounds. So the fire extinguisher thing was an obvious lie. I'm sure Nancy knew the truth before the autopsy report was made public. Sicknick own mother said he died from a stroke when she was asked very early on. It's interesting that officer Billy Evans was murdered on duty by a Left wing Farrakhan supporter and he wasn't given the honor of laying in state in the rotunda. I guess that didn't fit Nancy's narrative.

I am. All those who attack police should face the consequences of their actions. Being pissed isn’t a legal excuse. If the law starts taking sides based on politics, then the nation is heading down a dark path, one away from justice.

Prosecute all who attack police and bring them before the appropriate court for a trial, regardless of politics.

What some people keep doing is advocating greater federal authority over the states because, politically, they don’t like how other states are handling the problem. Those people are anti-American assholes trying to rewrite/negate the Constitution’s 9th and 10th Amendments.
