The political climate has changed. There were a lot of powerful men who were sexual predators before 2000. Both sides were guilty of bad behavior in the past, the difference is the current atmosphere, Trumpublicans ignore the behavior, Democrats condemn it. Democrats would not run such a flawed candidate as Walker.

Agreed that predatory or bad behavior being more strongly held against post-2000 leaders but that doesn't give pre-2000 leaders a pass.
