McCarthy is going to need a substantial number of Democrats to support the deal, which could lead to a new voting bloc in the House, moderate Democrats and moderate Republicans, flushing the progressives and freedom idiots. If it ever became a reality, Congress might just be able to just get something accomplished instead of playing to cable infotainment

The bill is to pay for what we already spent. However, we could raise taxes on wealthy and corporations and clean up the debt.

That's not the way it works.

The debt ceiling was raised for Xi's man in July of 2021. At that time the excuse was the Wuhan Designer Virus® that the democrats and their Chinese masters unleashed on the American people, but even though Covid is over, Xi's man Joe blew through every penny - mostly with the "Green Raw Deal" grift the Reich is running on the nation. The debt is "needed" to funnel trillions to China for solar panels that democrats won't allow to be built in America.

Now, democrat lie - it's what democrats do - it's ALL they do. One favorite lie of democrats is that we have to give China Joe more money or social security and Medicare will stop. That is of course a shameless fucking lie perpetrated by the Reich and the Little Goebbels of the DNC press. SS is statutory, as is SNAP, Medicare, WIC, and all the other lies the Reich media tells.

Yes, federal workers could get a paid vacation by bein "furloughed." They get back pay and all benefits continue - do like all the shit the Reich pulls, this is just a parlor trick that is meant to scare the public into submission, but has utterly no meaning.
