Obstruction of justice!

If you threaten a witness, even if it's a witness to a case that ultimately turns out I have no merit, you still attempted to obstruct justice

How is giving good advice to someone an obstruction of justice....

Can anyone cite the case where Comey is a witness against Trump?

Can anyone cite where Trump threatened any witness?

Christiefan thanked Jarod's lying post, but somehow, I am not surprised.

Is this not more of witness tampering ( if it is true) than obstruction of justice?

Jarod's mistake was thinking Yoyo would respond honestly.

What was I dishonest about? Be specific.

Also, you once again don't respond to the thread topic, but just engage in petty personal attacks. You know, the very thing you constantly whine others are doing. But somehow, it is A okay when you do it. Why is that?

I honestly wasn't sure that was the tweet, because that is not an obstruction of justice. I just wanted to be clear which threat Jarod was talking about so I could make an honest comment on the thread.

What a sad POS you are.

Yeah sure...

Wow, repeating what you said is you actually thinking you're answering a question. The one about recorded conversations? Or are you referring to another one?

Learn to answer questions or be held in contempt.

That you "just wanted to be clear"

This thread proves Jarod has become a liar on the scale of Zappas and Thingy.

Sad!

And you "just wanted to be clear" there?

Lyin Jarod still won't answer the question that this is about leaks, not him testifying.

Jarod is a liar, period.

What about there?

Still "just wanted to be clear"?

Trump's tweet implies Comey leaks lies. I don't see how it obstructs justice or threatens Comey. Can anyone seriously explain it for real? I'm not trying to troll you or be disrespectful. I just want to understand how you arrive at your conclusions.

Since Zappas again, does not honestly cite the record. The first just wanted to be clear was before someone ELSE mentioned it was the Trump tweet about recorded conversations. Which I replied:

If that is the threat Jarod is talking about, that is not obstruction of justice.

First Jarod shows he doesn't know what an affirmative statement is, now he shows he doesn't know what obstruction of justice is.

Embarrassing for one who brags about what a great lawyer they are.

Then Jarod replied:

Attempting to threaten a witness in a case against you is obstruction of justice. Asking the director of the FBI, who is investigating you, to pledge his loyalty to you is obstruction of justice.

That is when I knew for certain he was talking about the tweet I thought he was. Jarod never offered up any other tweet, so I knew he was talking about that one and when it became clear, I called him a liar and rightfully so.

Try harder Zappas, your mom does.

"James Comey better hope that there are no "tapes" of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!"

If Comey does leak to the press, then what will your messiah do?

Are you saying that trump trying to extract a loyalty pledge from Comey in the midst of an investigation is not obstruction of justice?

trump is supposed to be on the side of the law, not asking Comey for a loyalty pledge in the hopes things will go easier for him when the shit hits the fan.

When trump writes "James Comey better hope that there are no "tapes" of our conversations", what is he implying?

It sounds like trump is threatening some kind of consequence if Comey doesn't watch his step.
