I've used the CFLs since they first came out and I've never disposed of one other then heaving it into the trash. The only way I know to properly dispose of one is to pack it in bubble wrap, store it in my car then remember to drop it off in the disposal bin during my next trip to Lowes. And a lot of time the bin is full.

I think most people here, even those who share the views of this unfortunate soul, will see this post for what it is: a poor, childish attempt at regaining a little of the ground that she loses whenever she opens her mouth.
My comments about women were, quite obviously, said tongue in cheek, as most understood at the time and my comments about bush were that, in a country globally renowned for killing the famous, Kennedy, Lennon and pot shots at many others, no one could see that the mere existence of bush in any sort of power, was against the best interests of the world and, particularly of America and the west and his demise would have been beneficial to all.
I do my best not to be racist, one reason is that in China racism is rife and westerners get the full brunt of it, so I know a little of what it is like. However many americans protest their innocence in the racism argument, yet their actions put the lie to their soft words.
It may be that democrats are as racist as white, extreme right wing republicans, but I haven't seen evidence of it.
I have seen and heard reports showing an underlying chauvinism which extends to racism and I have seen and heard the nonsense spewed by the guilty as they try to protest their innocence.
If this poor woman is not racist and if she is prepared to fight racism and all the other 'isms' that exist in your country then I will be the first to recognise that.
Up to now, I see only extreme hatred and mistrust of anyone who isn't one of her rather nasty little gang.
