Now, other intelligence agencies will be able to search directly through raw repositories of communications intercepted by the N.S.A. and then apply such rules for “minimizing” privacy intrusions.
 
Liberals are in such denial. Apparently anything short of a tape recording of Obama ordering Rice to "wiretap" Trump means it didn't happen. I am also enjoying how literal they are taking the word "wiretap" as if it is the 1970s and someone has to physically remove the mouthpiece of a phone to bug it

susan rice spoke on CNN today. She could not deny she ordered the unmasking. All she could say was that the obama admin did not do anything politically motivated.
