1) It would be stupid for ANY Dem to make that an issue when THEIR guy was LESS experienced, yet running for a HIGHER office.

2) Again Jarod, different offices. President vs. VP. You do understand they are not the same don't you?

I understand that they both need to be qualified to be president on day one.

and AGAIN Jarod... the current President had the same or LESS qualifications as Rubio. So if they took that line of attack, it would be very very easy to toss it back in their face. A simple 'so, you are saying President Obama wasn't qualified when he took office?' would do it.

You are acting as if campaigns are logical. I understand your point and I am telling you it does not matter, as long as the President and his people dont make the argument themselves. Rubio would be a Palin fiasco for the Republicans all over again and I think Romney knows it!

Also remember the President now has 4 years of experience, he is the most qualified on the planet and the only elegable canidate with real world experience.
 
Did it matter that Al Gore never really said he invented the internet? Did it matter that Sarah Palin never really said she could see Alaska from her house?

LMAO... I could name people from the right and left that are still more qualified than Obama. I am not a fan of Hillary, but she is far more qualified than Obama. Romney is more qualified to handle the economic side and could hardly do worse on the foreign policy side.

If you honestly think that wouldn't boomerang back and blow up in Obama's face, please keep harping on it. It doesn't matter who says it. The response would be the same.
 
SNL would send out a Rubio charactature in a diaper having his back waxed and the image would be fixed. It would cause not backlash to the president.
