Not gonna happen. Obama invoked his authority given to him by Congress.

and Congress will revoke the authority given him by Congress, if it does in fact exist.......in reality, Trump will rescind the order on January 21, everyone except some lawyers hired by the Democrat Party to fight it out in court will ignore it until Congress easily passes a law backing up Trump's recisions.....

If he tries it, it will fast track to the SCOTUS and he'll lose, regardless of a conservative. The law is quite clear on Obama's authority. The law allows a president to withdraw any currently unleased lands in the Outer Continental Shelf from future lease sales. There is no provision in the law that allows the executive's successor to repeal the decision. You must want impeachment for old Orangetweet.
