Obama screwing the millennials

Does anyone else think it is weird that Dung has spent so much time trying to discredit the author rather than address the author's point? I have posted a few of the ads. I know Dung is going to stay focused on the author... anyone else think the ads are moronic? Or do you think they are appropriate?

We all know Dung approves the ads.

LOL. If you want to talk about the ads, talk about the ads. I'm laughing at the idea that the black swan right-wing, Tea Party Republican Millennial is spokesman for an entire genereation of people who are mostly nothing like him. I'm also laughing at the Las Vegas Review Journal's editorial and disclosure standards, but that's another matter.

By the way, anyone think that Mr. Feinberg is uninsured?

Oh, and I'm also laughing at you, SF. You routinely dismiss people on this site as hacks and parrots. Then you turn around and post pieces from actual paid hacks and parrots and get your kinckers in a twist when your sources get the SF treatment. LOL.

I could care less about the authors background. The ads are a joke. Which was the point. The fact that you immediately attack the source instead of addressing the content shows that you are indeed the hack and parrot I have said you were.

I'm not familiar with the ads, really. And I don't know what they have to do with the efforts of the Obama Administration to get young people to sign up for health insurance. But I suspect that if these small grassroots non-profits in Coloarado that produced them got $5 million from the Kochs they could produce some slicker ads. Just as slick as those Opt Out and Creepy Uncle Sam jawns.

To be clear, I don't see any dramatic shift from Dem to Rep in the millennial generation, but will Obama care cause them to be indifferent enough to reduce their numbers at the polls? Thus having the potential to swing close elections via lack of vote.
No, I think you can pretty much count on southern rednecks and social conservatives in the GOP alienating the millenials more so than anything the Democrats are doing.

The link is just wishful thinking. Most millenials under the age of 25 will or can be covered by their parents insurance. No sweat of their brow. Those who are 30 and over will mostly be starting families and of those who aren't a large percentage of the single women will have children so most of them are going to like the coverage they'll be able to afford under the ACA. The group it might possibly alienate are the single males between 25 and 30 who do have a significant independent streak and do lean libertarian but they are a minority of the millenical population. So, wishfull thinking.

All of my millenials children are fortunate to have jobs with benefits! Whew!

Awww... that is sweet... Mutt displaying his bigotry towards the south yet again.

Except that Obama care isn't really cost effective for them. Always good that you want parents to keep financing their kids until 26. I am sure they are quite appreciative of that opportunity.

I don't see that being a problem, they are all very good at what they do and are good, dependable employees.

I wasn't referring to them keeping their jobs, I was referring to them being able to keep their benefits. Depending on the size of the firms they work for, they may lose them.

Nice ad hom but it doesn't address the polling data which clearly shows that millenials are alienated from the GOP and primarily on social issues. I have seen nothing in the GOP platform that would cause millenials to close that gap.

A very successful five star restuarant, who knows attracting good help is vital, the Federal government, a state bank and an oilfield company, nah, don't see it happening! All these companies know or have learned what it takes to keep good employees.
