I'm sure the jobless figure is already over 10%, as we see it is in some states..but for this administration that will just mean, MORE GOVERNMENT, MORE SPENDING...why let a good crisis go to waste.

Where did I argue that Obama's claim wasn't reluctant? It likely was.

Bush's admin was one of the worst in modern history as far as accountability goes, and that extends to his supporters. I can't believe the lengths posters like you & bravo go to on this board to try to make it sound like he was an innocent bystander in something like the Iraq War, or that the LA officials are solely to blame for the failures of Katrina. I keep thinking he must be family or something; I don't understand the apologism...

Well NJ, as the link I provided showed the Shrub waited 6 days to respond to the Shoe Bomber. So for you to complain about Obama is (once again) a blatant display of hypocrisy and the double standards that you love to indulge in.

And I'm sure once Obama matches the Shrub in "vacation days" from the White House, Fox Noise and Drudge will trumpet it from the highest mountains....just like they did this latest blathering.

I won't give thinkprogress the time of day by giving them traffic from my clicks..they were discredited as a legitimate web site years ago with their so called "for sure info from someone who knows, that Cheney would be arrested within 24 hrs.. even DuUnderground turned on them and that says a lot...:cof1:
