no. It;s true Obama relied on Brennans kill list and used Signature Strikes which did kill civilians with poor targeting. Biden did the same thing when droning the so called terrorist -who wasnt- who wee complicit with the Kabul bombs that killed Americans

It's the targeting that is the problem -not the strikes

That was really good, Obama is a great communicator. It was kinda the same speech he gave about Trump trying to chose who to fire in the Apprentice at a Correspondence Dinner years ago.
