sure, suspended WITH pay while it's investigated. that investigation would end up with the police officer justified in using force because he feared for his life. this happens over 95% of the time.

And maybe my responses to your posts would discuss the topic if you would ever discuss the topic and not instead whine about "merged threads" or "different threads discussing the same topic" or insulting someone "who isn't being even handed with their criticism" in your view.
