Biden couldn't be sure they controlled all the copies of the files made over the years, so couldn't risk their own deletions of data and info on leading Democrats. It's clearly obvious there is nothing on Trump in them, so we know it's worse for Democrats. Those are acceptable to left wingers, so it's perfectly valid. It's indeed valid, in any case. It's a memo outlining the FBI's going along with the Florida immunity deal, as it states. The deal was real, and the Feds honor NPA's deals cut by the states for the most part.
