The biggest gain they could make is to teach the youth of this country not to violently attack law abiding citizens. Imagine that would go a long way.

Put more focus on race relations? What are they going to do? Walk out on a balcony and say, "Comon guys lets all try to get along." Cause humans are way too violent for that to work.
