White Population 2013:_______249,446,378 -- homicide offenders 4,396 . . . 4396 /2494.46 = 1.76 offenders per 100K population.
Black Population 2013:________43,785,446 -- homicide offenders 5,375 . . . 5375 / 437.85 = 12.27 offenders per 100K population.
Even if we apply all the "race unknown" to Whites (4112), that still gives Whites an offending rate of only 3.41 per 100K . . . Blacks still outperform that by 3.6 times.

When one group of people is treated differently than another group, be it for better or for worse, or with a double standard of justice, etc., as a US citizen, taxpayer, and voter,
